A Conversation with Tony Zalewski

The Inland Mariners Oral History Series, No. 7:

Wheelsman Anthony "Tony" Zalewski of Cheboyan, MI began his Great Lakes career on July 7, 1976 on the steamer Eugene W. Pargny at the Soo Locks. In 1988 Tony joined the Interlake Steamship Company as a watchman aboard the James R. Barker. Tony talks about his early experiences sailing on the lakes with the Great Lakes Fleet and Interlake Steamship.
